To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (1) if he will place a copy of the explosives and propellants agreement between the Government and British Aerospace/Royal Ordnance in the Library;

(2) on what date the explosives and propellants agreement, between the Government and British Aerospace/Royal Ordnance, was signed.
