To ask the Secretary of State for Energy what was the amount paid to MCA/Universal Films for the use of the Frankenstein character in Government advertising campaigns.

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy what guidance he issued to electricity companies on the appointment of advisers on electricity privatisation.

This was a commercial matter for the companies concerned.

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy how many people have registered to buy shares in the electricity distribution companies.
