§ Mr. RedwoodI met the Director General of Fair Trading on 22 August to discuss a wide variety of competition issues. My Department keeps in close touch with the Office of Fair Trading, which is monitoring developments in the brewing industry in the light of the 1989 MMC report on the supply of beer.
