Mr. David Porter

(2) if he will make it his policy to consider the introduction of an automatic period teaching student teachers in an establishment of teacher training, for every teacher having completed at least five years' full-time classroom experience; and if he will make a statement.

Mrs. Gillian Shephard

Mr. Nutall applied for a war pension on 11 August 1989. A consultant's report is required before a decision can be made and everything possible is being done to secure an early appointment. If a war pension is awarded it will, of course, commence from the date of claim.
