§ Mr. RedwoodThe Companies Act 1985 requires that the directors' report shall contain an indication of the likely future developments in the business of the company and of its subsidiary undertakings. While it is open to directors to include profit forecasts in their report, I have no plans to extend the existing statutory requirement.
