§ Mr. CopeI have approved the publication of the final report of the land law working group which makes wide-ranging recommendations on the law of property in Northern Ireland, including recommendations on ground rents and the purchasing of freeholds. It is intended to publish the report before the end of the year, following which there will be a period of public consultation on its recommendations with a view to bringing forward legislation.
