To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether he has considered the implications for his policy on parental choice of the Greenwich judgment; and if he will make a statement.

My right hon. Friend is aware of the Greenwich judgment, and will be looking closely at its effect on the pattern of school admissions.
