§ The Solicitor-GeneralThe Crown prosecution service decided in 1987 not to institute proceedings in respect of the publication "Holocaust News, No. 1".
The Crown prosecution service has requested the police to investigate the circumstances of the publication and distribution of the publication "Holocaust News, No. 2", and a decision whether or not to initiate proceedings against any person will be taken when the results of the investigation have been received.
