§ Mr. RedwoodNo. The venues for the Huggy Bear toy safety tour were chosen because the local authority had asked for the visit and local activities were planned to derive the most benefit out of the publicity generated by this campaign. There were no requests from the Isle of Wight, although leaflets and posters have been sent to Medina borough council and the trading standards department in Newport.
