§ Mr. Michael ForsythI have nothing of substance to add to the written reply given by my right hon. and learned Friend to my hon. Friend the Member for Tayside, North (Mr. Walker), on 18 July 1990. The implementation of the arrangements referred to in this reply is proceeding. A timetable for issuing of guidance circulars and related initiatives was sent by my Department to local authorities and health boards on 26 September and a copy has been placed in the Library.
