§ Mr. Michael ForsythThe 1984 Act provisions do not apply in Scotland. Local authorities' statutory responsibilities for the registration and inspection of residential establishments provided under the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 apply as matters stand to all homes irrespective of size.
