Whether they will place in the Library a copy of the IAEA's safeguards report on peaceful nuclear activities which they received in May, referred to by Viscount Ullswater on 17th July 1990 (H.L. Deb., col. 855).

The safeguards implementation report to which the noble Lord refers is a confidential document of the IAEA. However, a copy of the IAEA's 1989 annual report, which contains the summary of the safeguards implementation report to which I referred, has been placed in the Library of the House.
