§ Mr. BeithThe Greene Bellfield-Smith division of Touche Ross management consultants has recently completed its review of the management structure of the Refreshment Department, which was announced in paragraph 31 of the Commission's annual report for 1989–90—HC 572. A copy of the consultants' report will be placed in the Library of the House today. The Commission has not yet considered the report.
