§ Mr. GristResponsibility for the management and maintenance of the NHS estate in Wales is delegated to district health authorities. They are expected to maintain their buildings to an acceptable standard and to spend a minimum of 7.5 per cent. of their revenue and capital allocations on the maintenance of assets, including buildings.
