§ Mr. CurrySheep farmers in the less favoured areas (LFA) already benefit from a wide range of support measures, including particularly hill livestock compensatory allowances and sheep annual premium. Next year they will benefit additionally from the special 4 ECU per ewe supplement to be paid to producers in the LFA, and from the devaluation of the green pound effective from 7 January 1991.
