§ Mr. MoynihanEnergy paper 55, "Renewable Energy in the United Kingdom: The Way Forward", published in 1988, set out the Department of Energy's strategy for the development of renewable energy to the year 2000. As stated in the Government's White Paper, "This Common Inheritance", my Department intends to carry out a review of its strategy next year.
