§ Mr. Douglas HoggOfficials from the Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office held talks in Rome on 5 and 6 November. The talks were conducted in a positive atmosphere and covered bilateral issues, including the possible restoration of diplomatic relations.
