To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what materials have been dumped by his Department's personnel from any service in the Beaufort Dyke sea dump in each year since 1980; whether any materials from this dump have subsequently been recovered elsewhere; and if he will make a statement on future dumping in this area.

None. My Department has no knowledge of the migration of materials dumped at this site being recovered elsewhere. The MOD has no plans to use Beaufort Dyke for the disposal of any material.
