§ Mr. WaldegraveWe receive frequent reports of human rights abuses in the occupied territories. We regularly take up individual cases with the Israeli authorities on both a national and Community basis. The Israelis are well aware of our view that they should administer the occupied territories in accordance with their obligations under international law.
