§ Mr. SainsburyRecent scientific advice indicates that if the Falkland Islands interim conservation and management zone (FICZ) were extended to 200 miles, escapement for illex squid could be expected to increase by less than 5 per cent. and that effective conservation of the stock requires multilateral efforts to control fishing well beyond 200 miles.
