§ Mr. Peter MorrisonMy right hon. Friend expects to attend the Council of Energy Ministers on 21 May. That Council will consider the Commission's communication on energy and the environment and the proposed Thermie scheme for promoting energy technology which is substantially concerned with alternative energy sources.
