§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyThe table gives the ranking for each regional health authority according to the amount of cash increase over the previous baseline for the region, allocated per head of population for 1989–90 and 1990–91.

3. Both 1989–90 and 1990–91 are before the additions for SIFT, supra-regional services and other special items specific to individual regions.
4. Calculated using actual populations within regional administrative boundaries.
