§ Mr. GristThe aggregation of manpower resource plans submitted by district health authorities in 1989 indicates projected planned staffing levels (PSL) and staff in post (SIP) levels at 30 September 1991 to 1993 at the all-Wales levels as follows:

§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what proposals he has for the funding of a paediatric orthopaedic consultant post in the area of South Glamorgan health authority.
§ Mr. GristThe Welsh Office has offered South Glamorgan health authority £170,000 a year to fund an additional orthopaedic consultant under the waiting times initiative. However, it is not currently envisaged that this post should be for a paediatric specialist.
§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what plans he has to visit the Prince of Wales hospital, Rhydlafar, near Cardiff.
