My right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State met with members of the general medical services committee on 14 February when the report of the doctors and dentists review body and the pay of doctors and dentists were discussed.

I met representatives of the joint consultants committee, which includes the royal colleges, the British Medical Association and NHS management, on 10 April to discuss the way forward on junior doctors' hours of work.
