§ Mr. HinchliffeTo ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) if he will call for a report from the chairman of Wakefield district health authority on the full cost of(a) the out-of-court settlement to be paid to Mr. Ray Corner, the authority's former district finance officer, (b) the legal fees incurred by Mr. Corner which are to be met by the authority, and (c) the authority's own legal fees in its defence against the action; and under which budget heading the payments will be made;
(2) if he will direct Yorkshire health authority to conduct an inquiry into the circumstances leading up to the dismissal of Mr. Ray Corner as district finance officer of Wakefield district health authority and to publish the report of the inquiry.
