HC Deb 27 March 1990 vol 170 c165W
Mr. Skinner

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security (1) how many appeals tribunals regarding payment of severe disability premium have been adjourned to a later date within the last 12 months; and if he will make a statement;

(2) how many appeals tribunals regarding payment of severe disability premium are waiting to be convened; and if he will make a statement.

Mrs. Gillian Shephard

The administration of social security appeal tribunals is the responsibility of the president of the social security appeal tribunals, His Honour Judge Holden. The information requested cannot be obtained from the president's office as the administrative statistics for appeal tribunals are not broken down into data for specific income support premiums.
