§ Mr. RedwoodConsolidated sterling deposits is based in the United States of America and appears to be outside the scope of my Department's investigatory powers. My Department understands that there have been investments in this fund through the medium of Hamilton House Associates Limited, a United Kingdom investment company which was suspended by Fimbra in January 1990.
