§ Mr. AtkinsThe Department's consultation on draft regulations to introduce the mandatory tread depth requirements in Community directive 89/459/EEC from 1 January 1992 has been completed. A statutory instrument amending the Construction and Use Regulations will be laid before the House shortly.
