§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales what allowance he proposes to make in the setting of tests for children at seven, 11, 14 and 16 in pursuit of the national curriculum where education has been disrupted for six weeks or more by natural or man-made disasters affecting the availability of school buildings.
