asked Her Majesty's Government:

What is their response to each of the main recommendations of the ICRP report dated February 1990.

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Employment (Lord Strathclyde)

The Health and Safety Executive, as well as other interested parties, is currently considering the draft recommendations and will respond to ICRP in due course. I will arrange for a copy of its response to be sent to the noble Lord.
