§ Mr. MaudeWe hope that the articles of the bank will be agreed in the near future and that the bank will commence operations as soon as possible thereafter. The size of the capital stock is still under discussion, but the figure currently under consideration is 10 billion ecu, 30 per cent. of which might be paid in.
