To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what is his policy on making cycle routes across London's royal parks part of the 1,000-mile strategic cycle route network in London.

I am happy to consider proposals from the relevant authorities for including the existing cycleways in the royal parks in the strategic cycle route network.
