§ Mr. EggarThe only fees paid to outside organisations in the furtherance of privatisation by the Training Agency (and in respect of its training functions carried out by its predecessors the Training Commission and the Manpower Services Commission) have been those in respect of the privatisation of the Skills Training Agency (STA). These are:
