878WThe commentary, which has been produced bilingually, complements and expands upon the information published in the Wales chapter of the 1990 Public Expenditure White Paper (Cm. 1016) at the end of January. It is a valuable source document for anyone with an interest in the Government's expenditure plans for Wales.
