§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe Medical Research Council (MRC), with the support of the Advisory Board lot the Research Councils, has agreed that resources invested currently in the clinical research centre (CRC) at Northwick Park should be reinvested in other centres. The MRC and North West Thames and Harrow health authorities have agreed to join a steering group, chaired by my Department, which will keep under review the implications for the local health service with the following terms of reference.
