§ Mr. FreemanI have today laid before the House the Census Regulations 1990, which include reduced-size facsimilies of each of the census forms to be completed by the public in England and Wales. The regulations provide for the detailed arrangements necessary for the conduct of the census.
Corresponding Census (Scotland) Regulations 1990 have been laid before the House today by my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland.
