§ Mr. David HuntSpending under the "Action for Cities" initiative is planned to be about .4 billion in 1990–91, compared with just over .3 billion in 1988–89 and just under .3.5 billion in 1989–90. The Government are determined to build on the real progress being made in reviving our inner cities and this increase will help speed the pace of renewal still further.
