§ Mr. Denzil DaviesTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales whether the soil sample collection procedures used in the recent tests of PCB levels carried out by the pollution inspectorate in an area adjacent to Bryntirion hospital, Llanelli, were identical to the procedures used by the university of East Anglia while carrying out the original tests in the same area, as reported in the HMSO publication ISBN 0 11 7522686.
§ Mr. GristHer Majesty's inspectorate of pollution took the samples on both occasions and the procedures were identical.
