To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he gave his approval to the company name National Front (Printers) Ltd. under section 26 of the Companies Act 1985.

[holding answer 25 June 1990]: Applications for names requiring the Secretary of State's approval under section 26 of the Companies Act 1985 are considered using established criteria and within the framework of administrative law. There were no grounds on which the application could properly have been rejected.
