§ Mr. Michael SpicerMy Department has issued a direction to Lincolnshire county council under article 14 of the Town and Country General Development Order 1988, preventing the council from deeming itself planning permission for this proposed development without special authorisation from the Secretary of State. A decision will be made in due course on whether to require the council to apply to the Secretary of State for planning permission for the development.
