HL Deb 25 June 1990 vol 520 c1430WA
The Marquess of Ailesbury

asked Her Majesty's Government:

How many people were fined by the Bournemouth Magistrates on 7th May and how many of them had by 11th June paid their fines.

Earl Ferrers

I understand from enquiries made of Bournemouth Magistrates' Court that four persons were fined by the court on 7th May, and that of those persons one had paid the fine in full by 11th June, two had been allowed to pay in instalments and had paid all due instalments, and that the fourth had not complied with the fine order.
