§ The Attorney-GeneralRecords of the time taken to process such cases are not kept. However, all such cases are processed as swiftly as possible. The time taken for any particular case depends on the complexity and size of the case. Simple straightforward cases are normally processed within two weeks of receipt of the police investigation report, more complex cases within three months and the most complex and largest cases within six to 12 months.
