§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThere is no separate publicity on grants for replacement of lead plumbing. The Scottish Development Department publishes a guide to all forms of assistance available under the improvement and repairs grant system. This is distributed, free of charge, to all Scottish local authorities, who are encouraged to make it widely available.
