To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will consider the implications for crowd control of the allocation of tickets for the Football Association cup final replay; and if he will make a statement.

Each finalist received an allocation of 28,750 tickets for segregated areas of the ground. The remaining tickets were sold on a segregated basis under the supervision of the police who were content with these arrangements.
