§ The Attorney-GeneralClause 3 of the Courts and Legal Services Bill will allow a county court to make any order available in the High Court, subject to prescribed exceptions; but the Lord Chancellor intends to bring forward regulations under this clause in general restricting the power to grant Anton Piller orders to High Court judges.
