§ Mr. Nicholas BrownTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list for each month since 1979(a) retail prices index inflation, (b) inflation excluding mortgage interest rates, (c) inflation excluding mortgage interest rates and the poll tax, or equivalent, (d) the average inflation rate for the European Economic Community and (e) the average inflation rate for those countries currently full members of the exchange rate mechanism.
