§ Mr. David Clark
To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for South Shields of 23 July, if he will place in the Library copies of the forms that members of(a) the Food Advisory Committee, (b) the Veterinary Products Committee and (c) the consumer panel have to sign concerning the disclosure of information from those committees.

Members of these committees are not asked to sign forms about the disclosure of information.
