§ Sir Geoffrey HoweThe question of introducing the services offered by Mercury Telecommunications to the House exchange was addressed in the first report this Session from the Services Committee; and is to be further considered this autumn by the Accommodation and Administration Sub-Committee. I shall ensure that my hon. Friend's request is included in that consideration.
