Whether they have been consulted about intergovernmental arrangements for the approval to produce Stinger anti-aircraft missiles by a consortium which may involve British participation, and about the prospects for the export of those missiles.
§ The Earl of ArranNo. Nor are we aware of any such arrangements. It would be the responsibility of any British company involved to seek an export licence for any exports from the UK of the missile or components.
