§ Mr. WaddingtonWe have no record of a letter of 15 June from the Prison Governors Association although I understand that a copy of the letter sent by the vice-chairman of the association on 4 June about the reorganisation of the prison service was included in the association's bulletin to its members of 15 June. I replied to the letter on 18 June.
